
I did not begin my agency with a deep understanding of the veterinary industry. I simply remembered the neighborhood clinics that had taken care of my own pets. Those practices knew me and my dogs, and I knew them. I assumed that serving “veterinary clinics” as a marketing niche already made me highly specialized.
As I studied the industry more closely, I discovered a landscape I had not expected. There are national corporate brands with clear, unified identities. There are also corporate rollup groups that buy local clinics and maintain their original names while managing all of the marketing behind the scenes. When I compared their websites to the websites of truly independent clinics, I noticed that many independent clinics were being given the same generic templates, language, and structure.
Independent clinic owners did not ask for this. They simply trusted the marketing agencies they hired. The agencies, however, did not understand the nature of an independently-owned clinic or the role these clinics play in their communities. As a result, independent clinics ended up with marketing that made them visible but not memorable.
Independent clinics do not need to compete with corporate groups on corporate terms. Their strengths have always been continuity, personal connection, and the familiarity that families return to for generations. These qualities cannot be mass produced. They must be expressed intentionally.
Branding gives language to who a clinic truly is. Marketing helps the right people find it. The combination is what creates lasting trust and loyal clients. I chose to focus my agency on independent clinics because they deserve to be seen for who they are. My work is to help them express their identity with clarity and support it with thoughtful, effective marketing so they can grow in a way that stays true to their character.

At home, she cares for Winky, a 14-year-old deaf and blind rescue, whose daily resilience is a constant reminder of the importance of compassionate veterinary care. Through website design, local SEO, Google visibility, reputation growth, and retention strategies, Jane partners with independent clinics to strengthen every stage of their client experience. Her approach is collaborative, transparent, and personal, giving each clinic the kind of attentive support that only a small, dedicated agency can provide.

Lyndsey brings deep experience in training, logistics, and project management to her work. She’s known for her keen eye for detail and her calm, organized style. By keeping projects on track and communication clear, she makes sure every clinic receives thoughtful, reliable support throughout their marketing journey

Founder
Veterinary Growth Agency was born out of the bond between Jane and her dog, Eddie. Small but stubborn, Eddie was her little protector, full of character even after losing his hearing at nine and later his sight. He lived to 19, and those years of caring for him gave Jane a deep appreciation for the veterinarians who make long, happy lives possible for pets.
Today, Jane shares her life with Winky, a senior rescue who is blind and deaf. Every bump into her leg is a reminder of why this work matters: behind every patient is a family hoping for more good years together.
Jane also understands the demands of running a business. She knows how overwhelming marketing can feel on top of patient care. With a Master’s degree in Marketing and decades of experience across IT, cybersecurity, the military, entrepreneurship, and leadership, she brings both structure and empathy to her work with veterinary clinics.
Veterinary Growth Agency is about helping practices show up online, attract more pet owners, and grow in a way that feels sustainable. Jane’s role is simple: take care of the marketing so veterinarians can stay focused on what matters most, their patients.

Lyndsey brings a steady hand to the operations side of Veterinary Growth Agency. With years of experience in training, project management, and team development, she knows how to keep complex work moving without losing sight of the details. From onboarding new clinics to launching campaigns, she makes sure every step feels clear and manageable.
Her background spans leadership in training programs, marketing support, and building systems that help teams do their best work. That mix gives her a practical perspective on how to balance process with outcomes. She’s known for creating structure that makes sense, aligning day-to-day tasks with bigger goals, and keeping projects on track with calm confidence.
Outside of the office, Lyndsey has pursued dance at a semi-professional level. That discipline shows up in how she works: precise, adaptable, and consistent. Clients often notice her energy and encouragement, which make her both a reliable guide and a motivating presence for veterinary teams.
At VGA, her role goes beyond managing operations. Lyndsey is the person who ensures projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clinics know they have a partner who’s fully invested in their success.
