Hi, I’m Jane Vaughan — founder of Veterinary Growth Agency.

I started Veterinary Growth Agency because of a dog named Eddie. He was my little protector, even though he became deaf at 9 and then blind as he got older.

He was full of personality until the day he died at 19 from a weak heart. Caring for him deepened my respect for veterinary professionals. It inspired me to build an agency dedicated to helping clinics thrive. Now, I share life with another senior rescue, Winky, who reminds me daily why this work matters.

I also understand how hard it can be to keep up with digital marketing when running a clinic. That’s where I come in.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and have hands-on experience growing my businesses and helping others with SEO, websites, and online visibility.

Veterinary Growth Agency is new, but it’s built with purpose: to help veterinary clinics attract more pet owners online through effective marketing, without fluff or tech overwhelm.

She’s worked in both the dance education and themed entertainment industries, managing online visibility, shaping brand strategies, and ensuring that every detail lines up with the client’s bigger goals. That real-world experience makes her a steady hand and trusted guide for our veterinary clients.

Lyndsey is also a semi-professional dancer, which explains her balance, timing, and ability to move quickly without missing a step.
